A 30th birthday cake for my friends husband Brett….he loves sushi so she asked could I make this for him!
Cake is vanilla butter cake with raspberry conserve and extra vanilla buttercream.
Fondant Sushi with homemade lemon piping gel glaze. The soy sauce is liquid glucose with brown americolor airbrush colour added. I was pressed for time so the chopsticks are real. Bamboo number 30 and trimming around the cake. I copied a Japanese font off Google images with an edible marker for the message! ….they really liked it, thanks for looking xx
