Winter Wedding Cake
This cake was my competition entry to the wedding cakes category at Cake International 2018.
I was so proud to have been awarded gold for my efforts!!
It was airbrushed completely and I used a conifer leaf as masking to get the frosty feel to the airbrushing.
The structure itself was made out of a steel coil which spiralled around the cake to create that floating effect. The decorations were made out of flower paste and the pine needles were made out of flower tape.
