This cake was inspired by Shawna McGreevy at Cakeheads and created for my shark loving niece. The shark is gumpaste and the cake has been finished in buttercream with a water texture effect. The Jawsome birthday piece is torn Wafer Paper applied to a thin layer of gumpaste.
