My niece had asked me to make cookies once again for her son’s birthday. This year’s theme is hot wheels. Meant to do these early and freeze but couldn’t because had freezer full with things for hubby’s party. Finally got to them today and they have to leave for Sao Miguel, Acores tomorrow night. Her mom is going for a visit and bringing them with her. Had wanted to do them with royal icing but I am not fast enough so decided to go with white chocolate flavored MMF.
