Pavlova is filled with passion fruit flavored mascarpone. Had made this to gift o my niece on her birthday yesterday. Then she called me to invite my husband and I to have dinner with her today, quickly made the cake and wafer flower. Used some leftover lemon curd and white chocolate smbc that I had in the freezer and baked a lemon and elderflower cake.
