This was a sad one for me and I hope I have done the client proud. I had a wedding brought forward to last New Year’s Eve as the brides daughter was poorly. In March this year Charlotte lost her battle to a brain tumour – she would have been 16 this weekend. I made this forever cake that is being displayed in a cabinet in her bedroom for her mum to keep.
