Every year before I have my vacation I am set a challenge to make an elephant cake for my friend Tammy’s mum,who is in love with them.
She loves all the bright colours etc that go with the Indian elephant., so for once this a little elephant I have called Hubert x
Everything is from my imagination..I try to be inspired by the creatures themselves and the colours of Indian x
This cake is fruit as i am not here on her birthday sadly.
