One of nine Cakes I made themed around medical/nursing luminaries which were described on each wedding table. This was for the Mary Seacole table , handpainted with royal icing runouts and piping, also lace pieces. 6” vanilla sponge cube cake covered in dusky pink fondant. Not perfect but my favourite!
