This cake made me nervous, as well as excited! The bride and groom were getting married at local Hatley Castle and guests arrived wielding swords! To top off the medieval theme the wedding cake was to have a gold dragon draped around the cake. The dragon was made of rice krispies and fondant mixed in. It was then textured using an icing tip end, and covered in gold edible paint.
