Hello to you all, my dear sweet friends, almost a year has passed since my last post and my decision to distance myself from all the social media on personal grounds. All of us live through different daily joys and concerns, and occasionally, turbulent periods enter our lives, calling for fundamental changes to be made, attention to be focused in a different direction and priorities to be set. I apologize greatly, not only for failing to submit my posts, but also for failing to reply to your messages and posts. However, I had to channel all my energy towards myself and my health, but perhaps even more so, towards my family. Thank you all for your indulgence and your support, it means a lot for me and I value it hugely. I wish you a wonderful summer full of great experiences, joyful and relaxed days and new inspirations, and I look forward to your beautiful works and everything I have missed.

I created this cake a few months ago for a beautiful lady to her jubilee and also for the magazine. The candied fruits that was used for decoration I made in two ways, baking and cooking.
