I made this for my daughter Emilie’s 30th birthday! I had wanted to make one for ages so it was a great excuse! Two layers of vanilla biscuit, mascarpone vanilla buttercream, homemade raspberry meringues ,fresh flowers, fresh fruit and sweets. She loved it!
