One of the most difficult cakes I have made up to date -cream is a delicate medium and I have worked on complicated designs before but having to vertically split a 15 kg in two halves was the equivalent of scaling Mount Everest for me .😍I have used only two central dowels for each half without boards .
Flowers are fresh flowers to go with the theme and each tier was a different flavour -white forest ,vanilla,chocolate buttercream and fresh mango .
