My great-nephew’s 18th Birthday is tomorrow. Last week he asked if I could make him a small cake. I really have not been in the mood for cake decorating but didn’t want to disappoint him. So today in between housework, I put this together. Needed something quick for cake board so covered it in freezer paper and had some candy melts left from the leaves. Put it in a plastic bag and just put some on the board. Flower is from candy melts using Yener’s Way method. Chocolate cake filled with peanut butter and caramel, covered in chocolate cooked frosting.
