My take on the trending cream tart letter/number cakes. This was for my granddaughter’s 22nd birthday. Instead of using pastry creme I used a recipe I had for frosting that tastes like whipped cream. She didn’t want macarons so I dipped oreos in pastel tinted almond bark, & she didn’t want fresh flowers so made sugar flowers instead. Also added chocolate covered strawberries, caramel Hershey kisses, & Dove chocolates as she requested. As always, thank you for looking.

Thank you Sandra!! They do have organic flowers that are not treated w/pestcides & such but I still preferred that they were edible especially now that I’m able to make some presentable looking ones 😁😁
