This cake was made with all sorts of love for my mother on Mother’s Day. It features a wafer paper David Austin Rose with an aged finish. I’ve been thinking for months about how to capture its beauty with wafer paper, and finally put my ideas to work. I love the result.
The cake is wrapped with distressed wafer paper to add to the vintage look.
