This weekend I took part in one of the biggest international cake competitions. I was in Essen ( Germany ) at the cake & bake 2018.

I won gold with my Ganesha cake.

The ganesha head is made of modeling chocolate.

The mandala is supported only with spaghetti and is flexible.
