I have wanted to make this cake (originally by The Chocolate Strawberry) for ages.

This was for my niece who is very special to me and loves butterflies.

The blue represents the boys in her life, her fiance and her son. The pink blossoms represent her daughter and stepdaughter. The butterfly itself represents my niece, surrounded by a heart to show how much we all love her. The single white blossom represents her beautiful angel baby who is loved and thought about every day and I always try and incorporate a symbol of him in family cakes.
