This was my first ever collaboration I was invited to with Rebekah Naomi Wilbur and Cassandra Rice as admins, I was so nervous and felt so bad when some people said it was horrible because it looked fit for a cemetery, maybe they were right, my aim was to capture an Italian garden. However the collab made it to the finals at Cake Masters and my offering was even included in their magazine which, to some extent, made up for the ugly comments. :)

Dear Emily, your work is excellent, all those : miniature statue, tuscan vase, mini roses, stone stairs, roman roof… way you manage teeny details is amazing. I do not see cemetery here 😉

It’s a marvellous piece Emily. The columns, the large urn looks reminiscent of the Roman era. Ann those roses..absolutely beautiful…

Emily, ugly people make ugly comments. This garden is gorgeous! What interests me much more than those comments is how you put this magnificent piece together. Amazing work… but then…. so are all of your pieces :)
