A customer requested a bright cake for her sisters birthday. No brief at all on what she wanted,no body seemed to know,so I was left to it.
I decided to colour some basic roses brightly and make a blood orange fondant to accompany the roses.
Just hope she approves.
The cake is a basic Victoria sandwich.
