Snow Leopard

A sculpted bust cake of a snow leopard which I made for my sons birthday last week.

He is made from chocolate cake and is supported at the neck by RKT. He is covered in ganache and then sculpted with a mixture of chocolate and sugar paste.

He is entirely edible including his whiskers!
