LMS train cake delivered to the Abode Hotel Chester on Saturday for an 80th birthday celebration. It was so big it didn’t fit in my photo booth 😌 Cake is displayed on a 24” by 14” board .
It is carved from a layered Victoria sponge cake with jam and buttercream filling , covered in chocolate ganache and then decorated .
With a little figure of the birthday boy hanging out the window .
