Hi guys!

I made these boot cakes recently for a shoe designer, based directly on one of her own shoe designs.

Both boots are made from vanilla buttermilk cake with whipped mascarpone frosting and berry compote and covered in white chocolate ganache.

They were extremely challenging to make, not least because I wanted to do her work justice!
