2nd birthday cake for Charlie (I made his 1st birthday cake smash cake last year). I was sent a photo (below) to use as inspiration, I kept it quite similar but made the railway more realistic, airbrushed the sky/clouds and changed the style of lettering. I used a YouTube tutorial from Just Cake It to make the Thomas the Tank topper (link below).
The cake also had to be dairy and nut free, I made it gluten free also to ensure it was completely nut free, I was later told that Charlie loved his cake and nobody could tell it was gluten/dairy/nut free 😀
