This was the wedding cake I made for my brother’s wedding last August. I then had to transport it to Spain! I had the bottom two tiers with me in hand luggage and the flowers too. The top tier was just ganache and travelled in my suitcase 🙈
I had no idea if it would make it, but it did. I then covered the boards and the top tier on site and then erected it and attached the flowers.
My brother and his wife were shocked as they thought it would just be a one maybe two tiered cake. It was an experience but would be more confident if I ever had to do it again.
