Mardi Gras is here!!
Representing 19 countries, 38 Carnival Cakers are here to celebrate by creating sugar art! And as they say in New Orleans, “Laissez les bons temps rouler!” meaning “Let the good times roll!”

For my contribution I decided to make a Mardi Gras mask completely from fondant and isomalt.
