So! It’s not every day you are asked to bake a magnificent cake for a celebrity couple and it’s not every day that you get to watch yourself on the television or scroll through magazines and see your work adorning the pages! But! That’s just what has happened to me!

I was so ecstatic to be asked to do the wedding cake for Layla and Cheslin Kolbe and what a joy it was! Standing four tiers high and incorporating the groom’s favourite colour, the couple’s favourite flavours and even down to a replica of the bride’s dress and beauty spots on their faces, this stunner of a cake ticked all the boxes!

This beautiful wedding was covered by the likes of YOU Magazine and Top Billing and I was interviewed and the cake was featured in the episode aired last week! All nerve-wracking but unbelievably fun! Definitely one of my proudest moments to be able to showcase my work in such an exciting way!
