My Ave De Trueno – Bird of Thunder created for the Bakerswood Fantastic Creatures Challenge.

He is a relation of the Phoenix and controls the weather.

I created an armature structure and used modelling paste along with wafer paper for this piece. Tools used were modelling tools, sugar shapers and an airbrush.
