Okay… Got a bit to write in for this one….

This cake was done for my little Niece Mia, for her baptism. However, to complete this on time, was a task among the odds that I had to face.
A sprained neck, broken back, bad health condition, and to top it all, the run arounds with my sis to get things sorted on time was indeed a tough task . To make it even worse, I had to redo the cake at the last minute for the miscalculation I did…grr….
Those ruffles took ages… Individually cut and ruffled…. Piping that top tier… Oh, time was racing indeed!!!
But then, all is well that ends well…😊😊
