My tallest ever cake all frosted in cream .
The base layers are dummies and this is my first every try at frosting a dummy with cream .I will not say it is easy and agree with all experts that other than the lightness factor all else requires the same amount of work .
Frosting the huge tiers was hardwork (especially since I am not tall :) and placement with cream was even more stressful as you can’t hide even a fingerprint on cream .
