Ellie’s 21st Birthday cake. The request was a marbled cake with silver and pale pink to match her party theme, with an elephant and dolphins as they are her favourite animals!
So I painted an elephant and dolphins with cocoa butter as I didn’t want the cake to look like a novelty cake! I hope she liked it. The inside is 6 layers of vanilla sponge with mocha buttercream.
