This was for the wedding of a Zimbabwean couple here in Victoria Falls.

They just gave me the colours – peach and royal blue and the flavour of the cake – red velvet.

I worked on the flowers ahead of time and on the night before put it all together. As they weren’t too fussed about the design, I didn’t plan – just went with what felt right. Love these kinds of cakes!

It was a fun cake and the couple was very pleased.
