By no means an original design, as these Rudolph cakes seem to be every bit as popular as the unicorn cakes they are modeled after, but nonetheless a fun one to make.

This is the cake I made for the Retina Lab Christmas potluck this year. Gingerbread cake with modeling chocolate ears, card stock antlers and remaining details in both buttercream and fondant.
