This is the last cake of the year and it’s for my daughter whose 27th tomorrow.
She is penguin crazy and this is her favourite type too. He is a Tiramisu cake with lots of brandy and coffee and chocolate ganache. Which is her favourite dessert. Happy Birthday xx
