In this 10×17cm gingerbread cookie, I decided to make this beautiful poinsettia flower cross stitch pattern with royal icing over a gum paste base.It made a wonderful gift, putting it in a metallic festive box and adding a 2018 fondant label inside, with my best wishes for the year to come!
