Hey everyone!

I’ve been working on a sugar art collaboration called “Gingerbread House Challenge” hosted by Maria Gonzales Lagarma, and this is my version of a cookie house!

The whole structure, and the roof tiles were built with gingerbread cookies, flooded with royal icing. The details are hand piped with royal icing, and the windows are made of Isomalt.
This has been one of my dreams since I was a kid, and today I’m able to make it come true ❤🍪
