Hi Everyone, Sharing with you my latest sculpted cake. This time celebrating my youngest daughter’s birthday. She turned 8 and is an unconditional lover of Snoopy! :-) I thought that eveything was going well but struggled again with the structure… the head was about to collapse that’s why you shall see a difference in the head inclination when it was freshly naked and after having it covered with modelling chocolate…. a nightmare _ I’ve learn but still need to follow a master class to avoid this from happening again.
