This cake has been realised for the Pastry Festival, held last week end by the Palazzo Brancaccio in Rome. I have been honored and excited for such an opportunity. I have used Simi Transfer Sheet with isomalt to make the diskette with the Festival logo and the Flex Frost to decorate the column with a marble effect.
