This was a bit rushed and not design I originally intended. It’s for a school fundraiser at a local school.
Boozy fruit cake, marzipanned and then royal iced.
Handpainted holly using Saracino colours and cocoa butter. Board covered in Saracino pasta top and airbrushed.
Sugarpaste fantasy Christmas Posy on top.
The receiver is so happy with it. And that more than good enough for me and reminds me of the main reason why I do cakes… brining pleasure to others, especially a good cause.
