A lovely lady asked me if I could make a fishing cake for her,for her partner. she did not want my usual detailed models or anything to elaborate and wanted a man sleeping with his radio and flask near by as she suspects that he literally goes fishing to sleep all day and crawl into his test and sleep all night lol.
So here it is. Top tier is a simple Victoria sandwich wrapped in white chocolate ganache .
Bottom tier is a zesty st Clement cake wrapped in dark chocolate ganache.
