I made this cake for my daughter’s birthday. She adores elves and fairy creatures. Who doesn’t?
The realistic stump is made with fondant and rice paper, colored with several shades of dust colors.
The moss is made with colored coconut crumbs. I used small led lights. Everything else is made with gumpaste.
