I have only been making decorated cakes and carved cakes for around a year and I love animals. My friend Tammy asked if I could possibly make her mum an elephant themed cake for her birthday.
So here it is, I must be honest when I say I rarely like my cakes..but I did like this one and greatly enjoyed making it. It’s an Earl Grey tea fruit cake.
