This is the cake I did for the second edition of Music Around the World – Cake Notes collaboration which is a cake collaboration created by the amazing Elisabete Caseiro from Betysugarland – Cake Design by Elisabete Caseiro, to celebrate the International Day of Music. I am so proud to have participated in this amazing collaboration in which 37 great cake and sugar artists from around the world took part.

The theme I chose for this year’s edition is Country Music. For the design of this cake I went for a vintage feel and also incorporated the stars and stripes of the American flag to highlight the origin of this music genre.
