This cake was based on my three tier ombre squiggle design for a wedding.
Each squiggle is rolled and cut by hand.
The tiers are 8" and 6" in size.
The cake is triple layered caramel mud with white chocolate ganache.
Those squiggles are awesome. I best this was time consuming too!
