Client’s husband is a big Game of Thrones and Dungeons And Dragons fan, so client wanted to surprise him with the cake. The design was to have the dragon burst through the cake.
The dragon is made with gumpaste and coloured with gel food colouring. Fire and crystals are made with isomalt. The cake itself is a triple chocolate cake with chocolate SMB and chocolate fudge ganache.
