20yrs since Princess Diana was taken tragically. I remember exactly where I was that night when she had the crash and even reading early edition newspapers on my very early morning walk back from a night in town…they still read injured. I remember waking later that morning ready for work and finding out she died. It’s so surreal I remember it all.

So I couldn’t pass on this collaboration opportunity. For my piece I chose the silver apple that Princess Diana was presented on her first visit to New York in 1989, which I recently got the opportunity to see it for real on display in Buckingham Palace.
