Faberge Egg

This was made using 8" cakes covered in white chocolate ganache and both the top and bottom are all cake!!
It was for a 30th wedding anniversary and we also made a mini Faberge egg for the couple to keep.
Imagine our dismay when the recipient placed the cake in a supermarket bag for life to transport the structure from the car to the door! 🙈😩
