I loved making this cake!
I was told the birthday boy was a fan of batman and he used to ride bikes when he was a boy. He’s also into cars.
This was the design I came up with and I’m really pleased with the results! 😊
Bottom tier was vanilla with jam and buttercream and the top tier was lemon with a drizzle of lemon syrup, curd and buttercream 😋
