This was a four tier (6-10-12 & 16-inch tiers) the day after, that went with the tall grooms cake i just shared previous to this one. It is 100% buttercream frosted and piped wedding cake except for the fresh flowers the bride provided. It was a hot day, but gorgeous venue in a new outdoor pavilion that was just built in an exclusive golf club.
Bottom tier was rosettes, the 3rd tier was pink ruffled drop garlands and bows, the 2nd tier was ruffle tip swags, and top tier was dots.
Cake flavor was vanilla with raspberry filling, that i make homemade.
