This Moana inspired cake was fresh strawberry cake with lemon swiss meringue buttercream filling.
I used Simi Cakes & Confections isomalt for the ocean waves on the bottom tier, and the large tropical leaves were made using Flexique and wafer paper. The moss covered Te Fiti tier design was inspired by Cynthia White of Caked.
