Bake My Day Acadiana

My name is Shalana Patout and I live in Lafayette, Louisiana. After I had my daughter and quit the 9-5 world, I began thinking about cake decorating. In mid 2012 I started to play around with some techniques I saw online. I began making cakes for family and friends and I was completely hooked! I also had another daughter since that time, so all in all I have been decorating for about three years total. I opened my custom cake studio, Bake My Day Acadiana in late 2015.
